I have played the drums since middle school. The idea for Three of Hearts stems from my love of music and playing.

My father in this photo was 98, a WWII veteran. He was a major reason why I wrote In The Shadow of Cotton. He passed away on 9-11-2019. I miss him terribly.

This is some of my collection of novels and one nonfiction work.

My sister, Cherie, passed October 10, 2018. She was a driving force behind my writing a publishing. There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss her dearly.

This is from my earlier days of drumming (1980s). At that time I was playing in a top 40s dance band, and attending college.

I just finished In the Shadow of Cotton, and I loved it! Especially liked all the reminiscences, facts about places, toys, and everyday life around the cotton mill, all John's childhood adventures.
